Solo track · 1:1 with Noah

You don't have a team to delegate to. Build the next best thing.

Three working sessions, one to one, that leave your business running on its own AI agent: connected to your real email and files, writing the way you write, with commands you run yourself afterwards. It lives on your accounts and it is yours to keep.

$1,500flat, paid up front · three sessions over about three weeks

Full refund before the first session. After that, $500 back for any session I do not deliver.

Your commands, after session 3
/inbox

6 threads waiting on you. Drafts ready in your voice.

/follow-ups

4 people gone quiet since the proposal. Nudges drafted.

/update-crm

Tuesday's 3 new contacts filed. Nothing left in the inbox.

Running on your machine, against your accounts. No platform of mine sitting in the middle, and nothing to keep paying me for.

What changes

Run the whole business out of one system.

A one-person business does not need a smarter chatbot. It needs the admin to stop arriving faster than you can clear it.

Email drafted in your voice

Not a generic assistant reply. The agent reads how you already write and drafts from your own sent mail, against the thread in front of you.

Contacts that capture themselves

The person who emailed you on Tuesday is in your CRM on Tuesday, without you remembering to put them there.

A system of record that stays current

One place your business lives, instead of the four tabs and the notes app you are reconciling in your head.

How it runs

Three sessions, and an hour of setup before the first.

Nothing gets built live on your time. I build between sessions, so the hour we spend together is you using the thing rather than watching it be installed.

  1. Before we startAbout an hour, yours

    Pre-flight, on your own time

You answer five short questions about your setup, then work through an install guide I write against your machine and your stack. I stay available the whole time you are doing it. This is also when I read a sample of your sent email so the agent writes the way you write.

  2. Session 160 minutes, live

    Your inbox, running itself

We open with something working on your real email inside the first ten minutes. By the end, the agent is connected to your mail and your Drive, it has your writing voice, and you have your first named commands built against your own messages.

  3. Session 260 minutes, live

    The way work comes in

We stand up your landing page stack on your own accounts and map where leads reach you across the channels you already use, so the front of your business stops depending on you remembering to follow up.

  4. Session 360 minutes, live

    One place your contacts live

We consolidate the workspaces you are already juggling into a single CRM, with contacts captured as they arrive and a calendar that tells you who you have gone quiet on.

What comes with it

  • Named commands you can run alone afterwards, built against your own data
  • A written leave-behind after every session, so the call is not the only record
  • Async build between sessions, so nothing gets constructed live on your time
  • Message support during the engagement and for 14 days after the final session
  • Everything on your own accounts, yours to run, edit, and extend
Team variant

Not the one who will run it?

Some owners want this built without sitting in the weeds themselves. The same build runs with the person who will operate it, in six shorter sessions across six weeks, and I review their real output in writing between each one so you can see it taking hold without joining the calls.

Six 45-minute sessions over six weeks$2,500 flat

What the owner gets

  • The same system, run by the person who owns the work
  • A written read on their output after every session
  • None of your calendar past the kickoff

This fits if

  • You run a one-person business, or you are the person who does the work in a very small one
  • Admin is eating the hours you would rather spend on clients
  • You already pay for an AI subscription you barely use
  • You can give three hours across about three weeks, plus an hour of setup

Something else fits better if

You have a team and want their hours back

When several people own recurring work, the first move is finding where the hours sit across all of them rather than building for one desk.

See the Team AI Readiness Audit

You want it built for you and handed over

This is done-with-you by design, because the person who runs it afterwards has to understand it. If you would rather own the result than the process, a managed build fits better.

I run Silicon Valley Speakers on this exact setup. The commands we build in your sessions are the ones I use on my own inbox, my own contacts, and my own follow-up, which is why I can tell you what holds up after the novelty wears off and what quietly stops getting used.

Common questions

What people ask before booking.

How technical do I need to be?

+

Not technical. You need to be able to follow a written guide and say when something looks wrong. The install guide is written against your machine and your tools rather than a generic one, and I am available while you work through it. If you get stuck, we unstick it before the first session rather than spending the session on it.

What do I have to do before the first session?

+

Answer five short questions about your setup, then run the install yourself. Budget about an hour. I do not do this on your machine for you, for two reasons: a locked-down laptop often will not allow it, and you end up understanding your own setup instead of watching it get configured.

Which AI tool does this run on?

+

Whichever one your business can actually use. Claude Code is the default. If you are a Google shop, or your security posture rules other vendors out, the same build runs on the Gemini CLI instead. The structure is a local agent connected to your real tools with named commands, and that holds whichever model sits underneath.

What does it cost to keep running after we finish?

+

Your own AI subscription, which is typically 20 to 30 dollars a month, plus whatever you already pay for the tools we connect. There is no software to buy from me and no ongoing fee. If a build would add a cost, I tell you before we build it.

What if my business is not events?

+

Fine. Most of what we build is the shape of a one-person business rather than the shape of an industry: mail, contacts, follow-up, and the way work arrives. Event producers are simply who I know best, so the examples come faster there.

Can I keep working with you afterwards?

+

Yes, and plenty of people do not need to. Everything is on your accounts and documented, so continuing is a choice rather than a dependency. If you want more built later, we scope it then.

Stop being the bottleneck in your own business.

Fifteen minutes to hear what your week looks like and say whether this is the right build for it. If it isn't, I'll tell you on the call.
